Local realities guide the use of scientific results.
"Technology does not belong to anyone. There is a globalization, but there are still the consequences of colonization. That is why we have said that we are working to make science useful for the country's development. That is, the technology used for the country's development needs.
If there is nanotechnology, for example, we will use the chips from nanotechnology research in Madagascar to fight banditry, zebu thieves for example. That is the Malagasy reality. This is just one example.
Our vision is focused. Whether it is infrastructure or technology, it is to be used for development, to meet the development needs of the country and the population."
